eligibility, claims and referral status.
- Offers the capability to request new ID cards.
- Offers the capability to quickly send information to you via
fax!
- Extended hours.
- Mon-Fri: 7 AM TO 7 PM
- Sat: 7 AM TO 4 PM
Most subscribers may begin using the new IVR System by simply
calling 1-866-605-6668.
Quick Step User's Guide
To access the system, call toll free 1-866-605-6668. When prompted,
please enter the appropriate responses using your touch-tone
telephone.

- If you are a subscriber, press 2.
Please enter the number portion of the
contract ID or social security number including all leading
zeros. Press the # key when complete.
To access the following information:
- Claim status information, press 1
- Eligibility information, press 2
- Referral information, press 3
- To request a new ID Card, press 4
To speak with a customer service representative, press *0.
To repeat the options or directions, press *7.
