To be eligible for Mountain State Blue Cross Blue
Shield coverage, an employer must be licensed to operate and
have employees located in the state of West Virginia. If you
have employees located outside West Virginia, Mountain State
Blue Cross Blue Shield can work with you to provide cost effective
benefits for these employees too, through a program called BlueCard
PPO. To fall into the 51+ employees category, sometimes referred
to as "merit" group, an employer must have at least
51 full time employees.

a benefit plan based on your specific needs. We'll work closely
with you in determining needs and developing excellent coverage
options at the best possible cost.
