To be considered a "group" and eligible
for MSBCBS coverage, an employer must have at least two full
time employees. The employer must be licensed to operate and
have employees located in the state of West Virginia.
An eligible employee is a full-time, permanent
employee working a minimum of 20 hours a week in a bona fide
employer-employee relationship.
